We practice engineering with one basic and guiding principal - Engineers should be part of the solution not part of the problem. We well understand that the construction industry is driven by schedule, predictability and budget.

When you say you want engineering documents by a certain, fixed date we believe you. We are as schedule driven as you are. If we can't hit your schedule we'll tell you what you need to know - not what you want to hear. Schedule drives the construction industry and we believe that engineers are no more exempt from schedule than contractors and manufacturers.

You had better know how to construct or manufacture your specialty product or the market will put you out of business. We are not in position to tell you how to do your job. Our job is to show by analysis and by design drawings that what you build or manufacture is safe and compliant with all accepted codes. You know your materials, you know your customers, you know your market. We know engineering; we know the codes. If what you are manufacturing or constructing is code compliant - it's code compliant. If it's not - you need to know it immediately and you may need some help with a fix. We can help. We believe that an engineer should be a trusted part of your business who can help you stay in business and make a profit not get in your way and cause you problems.

Every profitable business operates on a budget. Engineering costs are costs that should be as predictable as material and labor costs. That is why we deal only on a lump sum basis. Our single, upfront fee covers the whole project - code reviews, field fixes and reasonable design changes. We will work with your organization to develop pricing that you can use for bidding and cost planning.
